For 7 to 12 year olds

Spotlight is a Christian youth group for children aged between 7 and 12 years. We meet every Tuesday evening during term-time from 6.45pm - 8pm And on Sundays from 10.30 – 11.45 a.m

We have a wide variety of activities throughout the year. These are mainly held at the church and include things such as stories, action songs, dvd’s, games, craft work, cookery, parachute games, treasure hunts etc

We also occasionally go on outings such as Swimming, Ice skating, 10-pin bowling, rambles and visits to local parks and activity centres.

We provide a balance programme of physical, mental and spiritual activities to enable the children to develop new skills and ideas in a safe and disciplined environment. All staff have been police checked and at least two hold a valid First Aid Certificate.

On the first Sunday of each month we hold a Family Service at 10.30 and we do hope that the whole family will come along with the children on this occasion. A crčche is provided for babies and toddlers, if needed, and it is an ideal opportunity for parents and guardians to come along and chat to the youth leaders over a cup of tea after the service so we can get to know each other better.
